Claudia, a veteran in the cruising industry, graduated from SENA Hotel School – Bogota in Hotel Management. Today, her experience compiles over 20 years working in the Hospitality Industry in prestigious Hotels in Colombia and on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines; where she worked onboard in the Housekeeping, Guest Services and Financial Departments.  As part of the startup teams onboard The Jewel of The Seas and the Independence of the Seas, added an amazing experience to her career at sea and to more than 14 years onboard.  Claudia joined The Seven Seas Group (SSG) in 2013 as a Coordinator, processing new hires joining an assigned ship and has moved up through the ranks in the company to her current position as a Recruitment Manager.  Claudia is dedicated to her team, applicants and the cruise lines SSG represents; always ensuring a flawless and professional selection process to all. Margarita Navarro

Margarita holds a degree from the Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia in Political Science and International Relations. As a professional, She has specialized in different administrative roles within the financial and export/import industries. Margarita joined The Seven Seas Group in 2011; since then, she has been involved in both the administrative and financial areas, as well as the shipboard orientation of new cruise line candidates.  Moreover, Margarita had the opportunity to work onboard Norwegian Cruise Line as a Bar waiter. Currently, Margarita as a Recruitment Specialist for Latin America sources talent in the hospitality field with the skills, motivation, experience and desire to join one of the most popular cruise lines in the world. Alfredo Saenz

Alfredo was born in Managua, Nicaragua. He has a degree in International Business from St. Edward’s University (USA) and an MBA from the University of Birmingham (UK). Accounting for more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service management within leading firms such as Nestle, Copa Airlines, Maersk and RedBull, where he managed diverse international teams and he joins SSG in 2019 at our Panama office.  He is a service and detailed oriented person whose expertise will provide efficiency improvements, optimal specialized talent recruitment and generate innovative opportunities for all candidates and the company alike.
