Pilar born in Bogota, Colombia is an ex-shipboard team member with seven years of experience in the Food & Beverage Department. In 2017, Pilar joined The Seven Seas Group as an Academic Coordinator,
responsible for the English, life onboard, restaurant and bar programs offered to all applicants wishing to join one of SSG’s cruise line partners. Whilst in the position of Academic Coordinator, Pilar discovered a passion for helping all applicants and guiding them in the process to embark in a career at sea; then she moved to the Recruitment area where she has been successful at sourcing talent for the different cruise lines and she will always be ready to schedule you for a prescreening interview, enter you in the selection process and delighted to see you travel to your assigned ship.
