Dissleys (Diddy) was born in Havana, Cuba, grew up in Venezuela and is now settled in Madrid. She holds a Master Degree in Event Management and Business Tourism (MICE, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) from Ostelea Tourism Management School in Spain. Diddy’s wide-ranging skill set has enabled her to successfully contribute in a variety of roles including entertainment, tour guiding, customer service and high-end casino concierge. She possesses broad expertise in the hotel and hospitality industry, that she gained working in different chain-branded hotel groups such as Hilton and Melia Hotels International. In 2009, Diddy fulfilled her dream of traveling and joined the cruising industry at Royal Caribbean International. During her time onboard she worked in the activity and casino departments, building a career at sea of 5 years. Now working back on land, Diddy has united her two passions, languages and customer service and works as a Multilingual Support Sales Representative in Spanish, English and German. Having been a successful candidate of The Seven Seas Group/SSG Europa when she first joined the cruise industry as well as her overall experience, motivates her to make connections and apply her expertise to identify the best talent and she looks forward to helping her candidates find the ideal career path and pursue the dream of working onboard a cruise ship while traveling the world.
