Claudia, a veteran in the cruising industry, graduated from SENA Hotel School – Bogota in Hotel Management. Today, her experience compiles over 20 years working in the Hospitality Industry in prestigious Hotels in Colombia and on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines; where she worked onboard in the Housekeeping, Guest Services and Financial Departments. As part of the startup teams onboard The Jewel of The Seas and the Independence of the Seas, added an amazing experience to her career at sea and to more than 14 years onboard. Claudia joined The Seven Seas Group (SSG) in 2013 as a Coordinator, processing new hires joining an assigned ship and has moved up through the ranks in the company to her current position as a Recruitment Manager.
