Vanessa has been part of the Hospitality Industry since 2011 with experience in Customer Service and Quality Assurance. As a Crew Processing Coordinator for SSG, her main role is assisting new team members and returning crew from Central America with their onboarding process, ensuring they all complete al requirements prior to their departure to the assigned ship. Vanessa feels that being part of The Seven Seas Group and able to daily interact with different people, cultures and personalities has opened a fresh new journey in her career path by helping and supporting each of the newly approved crew with their application process and even happier to see them start their onboard careers with the largest and most popular cruise lines in the world.
