Sandra Milena obtained a degree in Modern Languages from the Universidad de La Salle in Bogotá. She has a wide of experience and knowledge in administrative, commercial and customer service areas. Sandra first joined The Seven Seas Group in 2011 managing World Class Service Institute, SSG’s English School; contributing to its establishment and success since the beginning. Her passion for travelling and ships led her to work onboard one of the leading cruise lines for four years in the Guest Relations Department. In 2019 Sandra returned to The Seven Seas Group and rejoined the team as the Crew Processing Manager, responsible of all of our selected candidates approved to join cruise lines SSG represents by providing an efficient, fast and flawless pre-joining process, offering the best service and quality to both the Cruise Line and candidates alike.
